My highly-individualized approach is focused on both your physical and mental health. Our sessions will focus on strategies to help you get stronger and create the physique of your dreams, but also on stress management, sleep habits, hydration, and daily movement. You’ll achieve your goals without making sacrifices, improve longevity, and see incredible results through my proven-successful programming for long-term habit change.

All programs are created by me, a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, and are fully customized based on your needs, limitations goals and lifestyle.

Initial Consultation

75 minutes long, includes a full nutrition and health history assessment. We will review and discuss your goals, and determine a plan to help you get started.

Ongoing Support

During each follow up, we’ll review your progress, identify any barriers to success, and adjust your goals as necessary.

Nutrition Counseling Packages

Initial Individual Session $180

75 minutes

I will conduct a full nutrition assessment and ask lots of questions to get to know you!

From there, we’ll strategize, discuss your goals, and set you up with a plan to get you started right away.

Single Follow-Up Session $80

45 minutes

We’ll review wins and successes, identify barriers, strategize, and adjust goals based on your progress. This is a great time to ask any questions you may have since our last visit.

New Client 3-Session Bundle $315

This package is ideal for someone who is ready to commit to working with a dietitian but does not know where to start.

Includes 1 initial session and 2 follow-up sessions.

Allows for flexibility to choose timeframe and schedule for sessions.

Includes email and chat support as needed!

5 Follow-Up Session Bundle $375

Includes 5 follow-up sessions.

Available to be purchased after you complete an initial session.

Sessions may be scheduled as frequently as you would like within 1 year of initial purchase date.

Online Personal Training Packages

Includes:

  • Access to my training app via phone, tablet or computer for easy viewing of your custom plan

  • Full monthly training program with videos, sets, reps and weight for each exercise based on your goals and limitations

  • Options for home and/or gym programming based on your equipment and schedule (option for 2-6 workouts/week)

  • Built-in platform within training app to allow for easy tracking of sets, reps and weight during workouts along with graphs and visuals to easily monitor progress

  • Fully automated calendar with workouts, goals, habits and reminders (set by me) for accountability and easy tracking

Pricing:

4 week plan: $175 (month-by-month, no commitment)

8 week plan: $300 up front, or $150/month ($50 off)

12 week plan: $325 up front, or $125/month ($150 off)

24 week plan: $650 up front, or $108/month ($360 off)

All packages include a questionnaire and 15 minute phone call to discuss goals and current/previous injuries before I create your program. You will have access to me for questions/support throughout your program!
