Do you accept health insurance?

Yes! I am currently licensed in Massachusetts, Texas, Illinois and Oregon. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, United Health Care, and MassGeneral Brigham (formerly Allways). If you are out-of-state or have other insurance plans, you can apply to work with me through a separate company called Nourish HERE. However, you ma be required to pay out-of-pocket or pay a co-pay depending on your plan. I am happy to provide a superbill to your insurance if I am out-of-network with them, however coverage is not guaranteed.

I also offer hybrid cash-pay and insurance coverage options as well depending on your insurance plan benefits. Schedule a free discovery call with me to discuss financing and payment plan options! I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA as forms of payment, as well as options for up-front and monthly payment plans.

What can I expect with your program? Will I lose weight?

With my program, I can guarantee that you will be 100% supported with whatever your goals and needs are. However, I can only provide so much for you - after all, Iā€™m not you! Working with me is a two way street. I require my clients to be fully committed to the program - meaning you take the advice and counseling I give you seriously. If you listen and TAKE ACTION based on what we discuss in our sessions, then you WILL succeed. I cannot force you to change what you actively do in your daily life. That decision is yours to make. I can promise you realistic goal setting, sustainable habits to practice, and help you come up with what will work best for you. In the end of the day, you control your own outcome, so the more you utilize the resources around you (me and the support I provide) the greater your success will be.

What can I expect after our discovery call?

If I feel we would be a good fit to work together after our free call, then I will invite you to join Healthie and I will send you my client intake paperwork. During our call we will determine which program you would like, and with your intake paperwork you will be billed, and your 60 minute initial consultation will be scheduled.

Is your practice only online? I am concerned that we will not be together in person.

I currently have a private office space in Plymouth, MA located inside of Plymouth Fitness. If you are in the area or have the means to attend your visit in-person, I am more than happy to do so and would prefer to meet face-to-face. If you would like to meet in-person, I will also be able to provide you with an InBody full body composition scan. I also offer the option to use Telehealth for all services using Healthie, my HIPAA-compliant and secure online medical record platform. Note that if you are 100% virtual, you will NOT have access to the InBody composition machine.

What time do you book appointments for? I work during the day and need to meet in the evening.

I offer both weekday and weeknight appointment times. My schedule changes periodically based on other work I am involved in, however I will be as flexible as possible with finding a time that works for you to schedule our sessions. I also like to schedule multiple follow-ups at once to guarantee you consistently get the appointment time that works best with your schedule. However, I do not work on weekends as I also need down-time in order to keep the business in check, as well as allow myself to re-charge so I can offer the best quality service to you!

What is your cancellation policy?

When you purchase a package, you MUST reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. I offer one free pass to reschedule a missed appointment, however you are responsible for communicating any conflicts or schedule changes with me as soon as possible. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours or miss an appointment, you forfeit that session and will not be refunded, and will be charged a cancellation fee of $60. Once a package is purchased, I do not offer refunds for the package. If you are unable to redeem your sessions, I will hold space for you for 3 months. Beyond 3 months, and you will need to re-purchase the program to continue working together.

All initial paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours prior to our first session. If it is not completed, I will re-schedule your first appointment until I receive all necessary forms.
